VALVE SCREW-IN AND SCREW-OUT DEVICE MODEL EA - 150
Valve screw-in and screw-out device, model EA - 150 for cylinders up to approx. 80 litres.

It is equipped with torque regulator (0 - 925 Nm) and rotation speed regulator (0 - 30 U/min). Switching off is provided via the torque control. The machine is equipped with a pneumatic clamping clamp. The clamping force of the clamp is variable and therefore suitable for different bottle materials.

The clamping jaws are made of soft wood. This ensures that the bottle paintwork is not damaged. The height-adjustable work surface ensures a comfortable working height even for small bottles. The laying surface is covered with a rubber plate to prevent damage to the paintwork on the bottom of the bottle. The robust steel beam construction ensures optimum force distribution during screwing and clamping. All valves available on the market can be screwed in and out using the fully galvanised screw bell.

The machine is conveniently operated by means of a foot pedal.
