EXTERNAL CLEANING DEVICE ARM - 1800 - A
The ARM-1800-A external cleaning machine is used to remove labels, stickers and varnishes from the top of steel bottles.
It is equipped with a soundproof cabin. The cleaning of the bottles is done by two rotating steel brushes. The infinitely variable adjustment allows the operator to change diving bottles, breathing bottles, steel bottles or trays with just a few hand movements.
Bottle diameter can be up to 230 mm, bottle height up to 1800 mm. The entire cleaning process can be monitored through the macrolon safety window located at the top of the door. The machine has all safety relevant technical equipment such as emergency stop button, limit switch, automatic door locking etc.
Dust and abrasion are extracted from the cabin area by means of a separate extraction device. A filter integrated in the extraction serves to separate dust. The filter is cleaned pneumatically. The suctioned substances accumulate in a drawer.
