BASIC DESCRIPTION

CERTIFICATION
The ladder is manufactured and certified to meet the British Standard and European Standard EN 1147.
This European Standard specifies the requirements, test methods and performance criteria for portable ladders for use by fire and rescue services and for similar purposes. The tests specified in this European Standard are type tests, not periodic tests. Non-portable ladders for use by fire and rescue services are not covered by this standard.
ADVANTAGES OF THE FOLDING ROOF LADDER
The roof ladder is unique in its folding design. Thanks to the aluminium joints, it can be folded compactly, making it easier to carry, transport and store. It combines an inclined ladder and comes with a practical roof hook, which is waterproof and made of galvanised aluminium material. The principle is to hook the ladder with the roof hook behind the roof vault and then place it on the roof covering. It has the exceptional ability to almost double its height when extended/used as a support ladder. The guide brackets are made in an extremely strong design.
The biggest advantage is, of course, the ability to fold in and out in a simple and quick way. For more practical deployment, the ladder is equipped with wheels to facilitate movement on the wall or roof.
BASIC CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL AND ITS QUALITY
The quality of the material and workmanship of the ladder will exceed your expectations. The entire ladder is made of high quality alloy aluminium (aluminium with various admixtures to achieve the required mechanical properties) from a specially designed double-sided welded design. The reinforced square rungs, up to 28 mm thick, have an embossed design on them with anti-slip properties for even greater safety, stability and comfortable climbingclimbing, or to make it easier to stand on the ladder when working at any height.ladder at any height, and are welded into the milled beams to ensure a secure hold. The width of the entire ladder is also adapted for comfortable standing, up to 290 mm. Not a single detail or defect must be overlooked in the manufacture of the ladder.
CONNECTION TECHNOLOGY
The rungs are welded to the beams using the CMT technique - a cold welding process to achieve the highest possible quality. Compared to conventional welding, CMT works with very little heat input and an extremely stable arc.
THE INFLUENCE OF TIME
By using high quality aluminium alloy material and careful processing/weldingwelding of the complete ladder structure, considerable resistance to weather conditions has been achieved. Due to the material properties, the ladder cannot rust even when standing in direct rain or exposed to other water elements for long periods of time. There is thus no risk of damage or wear and tear.
