IRM-1100-A INTERNAL CLEANING DEVICE
The IRM-1100-A internal cleaning device controlled by a programmable control unit is used to clean the inner walls of diving and air breathing cylinders. The inside of the steel cylinder is cleaned of deposits using a special brush.
The speed of the frequency-controlled cleaning brush is approx. 1450 U/min. Complete cleaning of the inside of the steel bottle from rust and deposits is guaranteed.
All bottle diameters can be cleaned using various special brushes. The machine can clean bottles with a total length of up to 800 mm and a maximum diameter of 220 mm. (Other sizes and diameters on request.)
Continuous control allows the operator to easily change diving, breathing or fire extinguishing bottles with small conical, large conical or cylindrical threads.
The device has all safety technical features such as door locking, emergency shut-off button, automatic limit switch, etc. The parts of the device are made of aluminum or VA materials, which guarantee a long service life of all parts.
