MOBILE FIRE SET

The Mobile Fire Set is a fully equipped system designed for rapid firefighting in the field. The basis of the set is a water bag with a volume from 1 to 10 m³, the most commonly used variant being 5 m³. Also included are a powerful pump, connecting hoses, various reducers for compatibility with common accessories, and aD25 type fire hose and a jet line that allows switching between full and split water jet. The entire set is designed to be easily relocatable and ready for immediate use.

When using the full jet, the water jet reaches up to 10 metres, ideal for targeted action over a greater distance. In split stream mode, which is used to disperse water over a wider area or for cooling, the range is approximately 4 metres. This variability makes it possible to adapt the extinguishing to the specific situation.

The set is specially developed for quick action in case of fires during seasonal agricultural work such as harvest or haying. Its main advantage is its readiness - it needs to be placed on a towing vehicle or other means of traction, which makes it possible to immediately to the scene of a fire and start extinguishing it before it spreads. In practice, this helps to protect not only crops, but also work equipment and surrounding property.

The main advantage of this system is the possibility of immediate intervention, which can prevent a large-scale fire from starting and thus significantly limit the damage. The intervention is simple and can be handled by a person with basic training. The set can be used not only by the farmer himself, but also lent to neighbouring farms. In addition, the operation and care of the equipment can be entrusted to members of the local volunteer fire brigade. Apart from fire fighting, the set can also be used in other emergency situations, for example to pump water out of flooded areas after heavy rains or floods. It can also be used for washing areas contaminated by mud or dust. In the off-season, the bag can be used to collect rainwater, which can then be used for flooding.for example in gardens, golf resorts or other remote locations where water is scarce.

For proper function, it is important to use a suction hose with a reinforced construction that does not deform during operation. Ideally, the suction hose should be as short as possible to improve pump performance and reduce watering time. It is always best to position the pump as close to the water surface as possible. The suction basket should be attached to the end of the suction hose with a clamp. When connecting the discharge hose, commercially available hoses, connections and gaskets can be used. It is recommended to choose shorter hoses as longer routes increase resistance and thus reduce pumping efficiency. When installing all components, it is important to tighten the fittings thoroughly to prevent them from loosening spontaneously during operation and thus interrupting operation.

The Mobil Fire Set is designed to be compatible with commonly available components such as standard hoses, connections and gaskets. This makes it easy to operate and eliminates the need to invest in expensive specialized equipment. The only important thing is to ensure the quality of the suction hose, which must be able to withstand the vacuum and remain dimensionally stable during operation.
