>SALGROM HEX-MAX 2KG
Salgrom-X Hex-Max is a fully self-contained aerosol fire extinguishing system with very high performance that enhances the safety of transport, storage and operation in industry. Once the extinguishing system detects an elevated temperature in the area, it starts the extinguishing process via a heat sensitive trigger wire within seconds. The fire aerosol system has no external control unit, no power supply and operates completely without wiring, ensuring operation even during power outages. The innovative Salgrom-X Hex-Max is designed for installation in, for example, substation transformers, industrial electrical and instrument panels, boxes and indoor transformers up to 2.5m3 in size. The space in which the aerosol extinguishing system is installed must be closed and tight, otherwise the device will not work. The material of this self-contained aerosol extinguishing system is powder coated high strength steel.

HOW THIS SELF-CONTAINED AEROSOL EXTINGUISHING SYSTEM WORKS
Using advanced technology, the autonomous extinguishing system instantly identifies hazards. Once activated, an aerosol is generated from the system that reduces temperature and eliminates flames in seconds without damaging sensitive equipment or leaving marks on materials.
INSTALLATION
The extinguishing system weighs only 2 kg, so it can be installed on the wall using the integrated magnets, screws or quick-coupling attachment. The extinguishing system will then remain functional for 5 to 10 years depending on conditions.
AREAS OF APPLICATION
Marine, cargo, storage and shipping containers, traffic control systems and radar and base stations, buildings electricalequipment and fiber optic network cabinets, energy storage systems and telecommunication stations, hazardous materials storage and batterymaterials, defence technical facilities, equipment containers and mobile platforms, difficult to access or remote facilities located terrain, high fire risk locations, high fire risk locations, server rooms, storage cabinets for flammable products, waste containers, etc.
FIRE CLASSES
A: fires of solids, mainly of organic origin, the combustion of which is usually accompanied by burning
B: fires involving liquids or substances in the liquid state
C: fires of gases
