VALVE SCREW-IN AND SCREW-OUT DEVICE MODEL - EA 150 PROTECT
The valve screwing and unscrewing device model - EA 150 PROTECT screws or unscrews valves of gas cylinders up to 80 litres.

It is equipped with a torque regulator (0 - 925 Nm) and a rotation speed regulator (0 - 30 U/min). Shut-off is provided via the torque control. The machine is equipped with a protective sliding door and a protective wall at the rear made of perforated mesh.

The machine is equipped with a pneumatic clamping clamp. The clamping force of the clamp is variable and therefore suitable for different bottle materials. The clamping jaws are made of soft wood. This ensures that the paintwork of the bottles is not damaged. The height-adjustable work surface ensures a comfortable working height even for smaller bottles. The work surface is covered with a rubber plate to prevent damage to the paint on the bottom of the bottle. The robust construction made of steel beams ensures optimal distribution of the forces generated during screwing and clamping. All valves available on the market can be screwed using the fully galvanised screw bell.

The machine is conveniently operated by means of a foot pedal.
