Hydrant hoses

Hydrant hoses are mostly used in hydrant cabinets, hydrants and pumps. They are made of high quality material and finished with STORZ aluminium couplings as standard. We offer several types with diameters of 25mm, 38mm, 42mm, 52mm, 75mm, 110mm. Hydrant hoses are supplied in 20m length, other hose lengths can be provided on request.

Hydrant hoses are mainly used in various buildings, administrative buildings, industrial halls, etc. Firefighters use this type of hoses during interventions and in places where it is necessary to transport water to a fire that is in a difficult to reach place, etc.

HOW ARE HYDRANT HOSES USED?
The use of hydrant hoses should be simple and quick when a fire emergency occurs. Once the hydrant box is opened, the hose should be unrolled and the end of the hose should be connected to the hydrant or pump using STORZ couplings. Once connected to the hydrant or pump, water will start flowing through the hose to start extinguishing the fire.

WHAT MATERIAL ARE HYDRANT HOSES MADE OF?
Hydrant hoses are made of polyester fabrics and rubber liners containing PVC. These materials thus guarantee high water resistance and resistance to mechanical damage. STORZ couplings are made of aluminium, which is lightweight, strong and corrosion resistant.
