Inspection of PBZ - stable fire extinguishing systems

Stable or semi-stable fire extinguishing systems are fire safety devices for suppressing a fire or explosion. The operation of fire safety equipment shall be carried out in accordance with the normative requirements and the manufacturer's accompanying documentation, or, where appropriate, in accordance with certified design documentation or more detailed documentation.

Checking of the operability of fire safety equipment and thus of stable and semi-stable equipment is carried out in accordance with Ministry of the Interior Decree No 246/2001 Coll. on fire prevention, as amended, to the extent and in the manner specified by the legal regulations, normative requirements, the accompanying documentation of its manufacturer , and at leastonce a year, unless the manufacturer, the verified design documentation or more detailed documentation or the fire risk assessment stipulates shorter periods. After the inspection, a document on the inspection of the operational status of the fire safety equipment shall be issued, which must contain at least the information prescribed by the Decree.

Our company can offer this inspection once a year. We can train an employee to carry out this cursory check of the functionality of the equipment in accordance with internal regulations.

THE REGULAR ANNUAL INSPECTION, WHICH IS CARRIED OUT BY OUR INSPECTION TECHNICIAN, CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES:

  • Inspection of the equipment.
  • Inspection of individual parts
  • Transportation of the extinguishing agent
  • Checking the internal pressure with an independent pressure gauge
  • Checking the function of the detector
  • Functional check of the valve without extinguishing agent discharge
  • Issuing of the inspection report

SAH FE-36 IS A STABLE EXTINGUISHING SYSTEM DESIGNED TO PROTECT UNMANNED APPLIANCES SUCH AS:

The advantage of an automatic fire extinguishing system is the immediate response after smoke has already appeared, followed by flooding the area with extinguishing extinguishing the emerging fire and then cooling the metal parts and the entire space. The system can also be connected to an audible device or extended with a connection to a light fire alarm.

The back-up system of this device consists of a Firatrace hose made of special plastic, which is activated in the event of a failure of the electrical system (e.g.At a temperature of 100-120 °C, the hose bursts, creating a nozzle through which the extinguishing agent flows to the point with the highest temperature, thus extinguishing the flame.
