ALVIC FIRE EXTINGUISHING POWDER FILLER
Fully automatic powder filler controlled by a programmable control unit, the ALVIC model is designed for filling hand-held extinguishers from 1 to 12 kg.

With optional accessories it is possible to fill mobile extinguishers.
Filling takes place under vacuum and is dust-free.

The device is equipped with:
Aluminum tubular frame with aluminum lining
Integrated powder container with a capacity of approx. 60 kg
Filling takes place automatically by means of filling level sensors
Powder supply directly from the large chute via the inlet funnel
Integrated filter tank
Automatic filter cleaning with powder return
Integrated weighing unit for filling according to pre-set weight
The final weight is achieved by a precise dosing process
Pneumatic height adjustment to adapt to different types of extinguishers
