ADVANTAGES OF THE ARTICULATED LADDER
The articulating ladder is characterised by its unique design with exceptional versatility. It combines both a support ladder and a freestanding ladder. This particular model can also be used in areas with large differences in floor height, such as staircases, elevations, etc. This is thanks to the possibility to extend each side of the ladder separately. Both sides are finished with a stabiliser for better stability and safer use.
The biggest advantage is of course the ability to fold. Thanks to the club design in the bends, it folds very well into a very compact position, making it easier to move around the workplace, transport by car and even store itself. This particular type of ladder can be split and used as two stand-alone ladders, i.e. small ladders.
BASIC CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL AND ITS QUALITY
The quality of the material and workmanship of the ladder will exceed your expectations. The side beams are specially designed in a double-sided design. The rungs have an embossed design with anti-slip properties on them for even more safety, stability and comfortable climbing, or to facilitate possible standing on the ladder when working at any height. The distance between the rungs is also adapted for comfortable standing, up to 28 cm. Not a single detail or defect must be overlooked in the manufacture of the ladder.
CONNECTION TECHNOLOGY
The rungs are welded to the beams using the CMT technique - a cold welding process to achieve the highest possible quality. Compared to conventional welding, CMT works with very little heat input and an extremely stable arc.
THE INFLUENCE OF TIME
By using high quality aluminium material and careful processing/welding of the complete ladder structure, considerable resistance to weather conditions has been achieved. Due to the material properties, the ladder cannot rust even if it is left standing in direct rain or exposed to other water elements for long periods of time. There is thus no risk of damage or wear and tear.
CERTIFICATION
The ladder is manufactured and certified to meet the European standard EN 131.
This European Standard defines terms and sets out the general design characteristics of ladders. The standard applies to portable ladders designed for general professional and non-professional use. It does not apply to portable ladders which, by virtue of their design and instructions, are intended for specific professionaland consequently are not intended for general professional or non-professional use.
