The TOTEM-MATIC concept is based on the proven TOTEM TS unit while retaining its specific features such as performance, capacity and efficiency. The basic manual unit is complemented by an electronic weighing scale with strain gauge (load-cell) measuring unit, a special PLC controlledcontrolled device that automatically stops the filling of the extinguisher when the correct weight is reached. This device also controls other functions to ensure the correct and safe operation of the unit. The entire unit is made of high quality materials to provide long life, high performance and to meet the requirements of even the most demanding customers. Maintenance is minimal. An "AUTOMATION KIT" is also available to easily and quickly convert existing TOTEM-TS units to fully automatic filling units. The automation kit includes a more powerful suction fan to ensure full compatibility with the TOTEM-MATIC system.

USE

Unlike the other models of the TOTEM series, the TOTEM-MATIC series is equipped with an integrated scale that allows automatic stopping of the filling when the desired weight is reached. This range of units is ideal for all powder extinguisher maintenance and for small production capacities. It is particularly suitable where large numbers of extinguishers of the same size need to be filled quickly.
