This extinguisher is designed to be mounted on the ceiling of a room. It consists of a tank for 6 kg of charge, a manometer and a vial which measures the temperature very sensitively and in a short It is able to react to a rapid rise in room temperature and gives an extinguishing signal from 65°C - 68°C in a short time.
SACLON 2 ECO does not destroy bronze, paintings, clothes, tapestries, it is suitable for extinguishing electrical substations, fine mechanics, servers, electronics, archives and places wherewhere there are large numbers of computers and various electronic equipment that could be damaged or destroyed by conventional extinguishing agents. It is advisable to install this extinguisher on the ceiling up to a height of 2 metres. The extinguisher will protect a space of 2 x 2 x 2 m, i.e. a volume of 8 m3 (depending on the height of the room). Several of these automatic extinguishers can be used in a room.
