CO2 OPERATOR STATION MODEL CO2-BS-2W
The CO2 operator station model CO2-BS-2W is used for fast, accurate and rational filling of CO2 bottles from a frozen carbon dioxide tank.
The alternating use allows the operator to use the clean bottle filling time for preparation and finishing work. As a result, there is no downtime during filling. The control of the filling valves is automatic. The operator's station is used in conjunction with a Model EM130 filling pump and a frozen carbon dioxide tank.

The equipment is equipped with:
2 pieces of digital floor scale, 200 kg, 50 g accuracy with automatic shutdown when the set filling weight is reached.
2 pieces of pneumatic clamp for large bottles
2 pieces of insulated CO2 filling hose, length 2000 mm
2 pieces EMDE-CO2-QUICK quick coupler
Safety valve 103 bar
2 pieces filling pressure gauges
