CO2 PUMP 103/D1

Highly efficient pump specially designed for filling and recovering CO2 from fire extinguishers and cylinders.

Model 103/D1 is a high efficiency three piston transfer pump designed for filling or recovering CO from cylinders or fire extinguishers. The 103/D1 pump is mounted on a stainless steel frame and is equipped with service accessories including a control panel and flexible hoses. On request, the 103/D1 can be equipped with an electronic checkweigher for process monitoring and a pneumaticm vise to securely hold the extinguisher in place during CO filling or extraction.

USE

The 103/D1 pump is particularly suited for use in fire fighting, industrial gases and wherever liquid CO needs to be transferred from cylinders or bundles. The 103/D1 is also suitable for recovering liquid CO at room temperature from fire extinguishingextinguishers or cylinders, for example, prior to hydraulic testing of these vessels. The recovered CO can be stored in a larger cylinder or bundle or directly filled into the extinguisher.
