Combined stationary high pressure test rig model HD1+1 for pressure vessel testing. Aluminium cladding and water collection tank.

PRESSURE TEST:
Device for pressure testing carbon dioxide extinguishers, steel cylinders with large tapered female thread for CO2 (W 21.8 x 1/1/4").

Two independent clamping positions, equipped with adapter for quick testing. These must be fitted with an adequately long discharge pipe according to the size of the pressure vessel
Adaptation of the pressure vessel shall be carried out by means of a quick-test adapter, with the pressure vessel fitted head-on to the adapter.
The pressure vessel is clamped pneumatically
The process is controlled by the SPS
The test process is started manually by means of the start button, the test process is carried out automatically by the SPS
During pressurisation, the test area is secured by a sliding door. The water is filled directly into the pressure vessel via a pressure pipe. The water is pumped from the water tank directly into the pressure vessel.
Pressurisation is carried out by a single piston pump driven by pressurised air (all parts in contact with the water are made of stainless steel)
The pressure is measured by a pressure sensor and displayed on a digital display
Switching off the preset test pressure is done automatically; Display of the current pressure value on the display
Checking of the test pressure for the preset stopping time takes place automatically, signalling in case of a failed pressure test.
When the pressure test is successful, the pressure vessel is automatically emptied with the aid of pressurized air. The water is pumped directly into the water tank.
The pressure test is carried out separately for each pressure vessel.
High pressure test range 0 - 450 bar
The pressure test or the filling of the rapid test adapter is carried out alternately.
