ADVANTAGES OF THE STADES
The tread surfaces of the rungs have a surface embossed design that has an anti-slip function and thus facilitates easy and comfortable movement up and down the racks or any prolonged standing while working. This is also confirmed by the deeper design of the crossbars, up to 6.4 cm. You are also guaranteed to appreciate the practical nylon anti-sway bar lock, which is automatically fitted on every model. These straps are tear-resistant and help ensure a firm baton stance.
BASIC CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL AND QUALITY
The quality of the material and workmanship of the batons will exceed your expectations. The racks are made of anodised aluminium, either in natural form or in any RAL colour(please contact us for colour options and pricing). The crossbars have an embossed design with anti-slip properties on them for even more safety, stability and comfortable climbing, or to make it easier to stand on the stepladder when working at any height. The racks are accessible from both sides of the triangular structure and thanks to a special patented joint in their bend, the last upper rung can be joined to create a platform. Not a single detail or defect must be overlooked in the manufacture of the ladder.
ANODIZING TECHNOLOGY
The anodizing solution, or in other words anodizing, is a chemical and thermal treatment of the surface of the ladder. It creates a protective layer on the treated aluminium surface. It prevents oxidation and protects the aluminium itself from it. It is most commonly used when aluminium is used outdoors. The material is thus significantly protected against weathering. The mechanical and abrasion resistance of the material is also increased. Thermal and electrical conductivity, as well as surface roughness, are significantly reduced. The lifetime of the product itself is increased.
THE INFLUENCE OF WEATHER
The use of high quality anodised aluminium material and the careful construction of the complete batons results in a really high resistance to weather conditions. Thanks to the material properties, the racks cannot rust even if they are left standing in direct rain or exposed to other water elements for long periods of time. The material is also more resistant to heat. There is no risk of damage or wear.

The ladder is manufactured and certified to meet the European standard EN 131.
