BASIC DESCRIPTION
Are you looking for a high quality aluminium ladder suitable for use in heavy industry or a practical folding structure for general household use?
This self-standing ladder, with a simple mechanism for folding and unfolding, will guarantee all that. Thanks to its easy handling, it won't get lost in the work of professionals or in the hobby use of the ordinary handyman, in the garden or in the kit, workshop or on the construction site. The sturdy construction and excellent stability will ensure comfortable and safe access to elevated areas. A maximum load of up to 150 kg is possible, so it can comfortably carry 2 people or carry/retrieve building materials.
ADVANTAGES OF THE STABLES
One of the most interesting advantages is definitely the flat inverted U-shaped crossbars. The tread surfaces of the crossbars have a surface embossing solution that has an anti-slip function and thus facilitates easy and comfortable movement up and down the slats, or standing for longer periods of time when working. This is also confirmed by the deeper design of the crossbars, up to 8.5 cm. You are also guaranteed to appreciate the practical nylon safety lock to prevent the rack from rolling away, which is automatically fitted on every model. These straps are tear-resistant and help to ensure a firm ladder stance. There is additional ladder bracing/stiffening under every fifth rung.
BASIC CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL AND QUALITY
The quality of the material and workmanship of the ladders will exceed your expectations. The ladders are made of anodised aluminium, either in natural form or in any RAL colour (please contact us for colour solutions and pricing). The crossbars have an embossed design with anti-slip properties on them for even more safety, stability and comfortable climbing, or to make it easier to stand on the stepladder when working at any height. The racks are accessible from both sides of the triangular structure and thanks to a special patented joint in their bend, the last upper rung can be joined to create a platform. Not a single detail or defect must be overlooked in the manufacture of the ladder.
ANODIZING TECHNOLOGY
The anodizing solution, or in other words anodizing, is a chemical and thermal treatment of the surface of the ladder. It creates a protective layer on the treated aluminium surface. It prevents oxidation and protects the aluminium itself from it. It is most commonly used when aluminium is used outdoors. The material is thus significantly protected against weathering. The mechanical and abrasion resistance of the material is also increased. Thermal and electrical conductivity, as well as surface roughness, are significantly reduced. The lifetime of the product itself is increased.
THE INFLUENCE OF WEATHER
The use of high quality anodised aluminium material and the careful construction of the complete batons results in a really high resistance to weather conditions. Thanks to the material properties, the racks cannot rust even if they are left standing in direct rain or exposed to other water elements for long periods of time. The material is also more resistant to heat. There is no risk of damage or wear.
CERTIFICATION
The racks are manufactured and certified to meet the German standard DIN 14138.
This European standard defines the terms: lead and lead alloys - analysis by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) or inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry (ICP-ES), after separation by coprecipitation.
