If you switch the function from alarm to signal, the siren's shriek turns into a pleasant two-tone gong. You get a universal signaling of the movement of any living thing larger than a mouse. The monitored area is sharply demarcated, so you can pinpoint the exact boundary beyond which the gong will sound.

If you're afraid of complicated alarm control, there's really no need to worry with this device. The device comes with a bracket that can be screwed anywhere. You can easily remove the device from the holder at any time and use it elsewhere without it. The range of the instrument is up to 8 metres depending on the conditions at the installation site.
