CERTIFICATION
The ladder is manufactured and certified to meet the European standard EN 131.
This European standard defines terms and sets out the general design characteristics of ladders. The standard applies to portable ladders designed for general professional and non-professional use. It does not apply to portable ladders which, by virtue of their design and instructions, are intended for specific professionaland consequently are not intended for general professional or non-professional use.
ADVANTAGES OF THE ROOF LADDER
The aluminium roof ladder is unique in its design. It comes complete with a handy roof hook which is waterproof and made of galvanised aluminium material. The principle is to hook the ladder with the roof hook into the roof vault and then place it on the roof covering. However, the ladder is also suitable for direct mounting on the roof or for permanent suspension. The ladder can also be ordered with a plastic cover in any RAL colour. BASIC CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL AND ITS QUALITY
The quality of the material and workmanship of the ladder will exceed your expectations. The entire ladder is made of high quality alloy aluminium (aluminium with various admixtures to achieve the required mechanical properties). It is highly resistant to corrosion, UV radiation and other external influences. The beams are made of a specially designed double-sided welded design. The round crossbars have a distinctive embossed design on them with anti-slip properties for even more safety, stability and comfortable climbing, or to facilitate possible standing on the ladder when working at any height and on roofs at an angle of 74 degrees. They are welded to the beams to ensure a secure hold. Not a single detail or defect must be overlooked in the manufacture of the ladder.
CONNECTION TECHNOLOGY
The rungs are welded to the beams using the CMT technique - a cold welding process to achieve the highest possible quality. Compared to conventional welding, CMT works with very little heat input and an extremely stable arc.
THE INFLUENCE OF TIME
By using high quality alloy aluminium material and careful processing/welding of the complete ladder structure, considerable resistance to weather fluctuations has been achieved. Due to the properties of the material, the ladder cannot rust even when standing in direct rain or exposed to other natural elements for long periods of time. There is thus no risk of damage or wear and tear.
