SPECIAL SAFETY CUSHION FOR FIREPROOF LI-SAFE BOXES
This safety cushion is designed for the safe transport and storage of lithium batteries in system fire boxes. During transport, the safety cushion prevents unwanted movement of the lithium batteries. It is easy to shape so that it can easily adapt to the stored batteries.

The safety cushion is made of non-flammable materials vermiculite and fibreglass. Vermiculite is an insulating material that absorbs liquids and is suitable as a filler for lithium battery boxes. In the event of a lithium cell electrolyte leak, the liquid is immediately absorbed. Vermiculite is electrically non-conductive, non-explosive, non-volatile and non-flammable. Its temperature resistance is more than 1000°C. The glass fibre is resistant to alkalis and is non-flammable and temperature resistant.
