STABLE EXTINGUISHING SYSTEM

EXTINGUISHER TYPE: extinguishing agent FE-36, hexafluoropropane, halon replacement 1211, FM 100

SAH FE-36 is a stable extinguishing system designed to protect unattended areas such as:

Computers
Unattended server rooms
Electrical closets
Telephone switchboards
Elevator machine rooms
Electric motors
High voltage cable distribution
Chemical and fuel stores
Archives and other areas that need to be protected immediately after fire initiation

The advantage of an automatic extinguishing system is the immediate response after smoke has already started, followed by flooding the area with extinguishing extinguishing the emerging fire and then cooling the metal parts and the entire space. The start of the system is signalled by an acoustic device, which can also be extended to a light signal. The backup system of this device consists of a firetrace hose made of special plastic, which is activated in the event of a failure of the electrical system (power failure).

At a temperature of 100 - 120°C the hose bursts, creating a nozzle through which the extinguishing agent flows to the highest temperature point and extinguishes the flame.

SAH FE - 36 is composed of:

FE-36, (hexafluoropropane) has a required extinguishing concentration of 6.4% and significantly improved extinguishing parameters, fire scene cooling and toxicity. The extinguishing area is cooled by temperatures between -1 and +2°C, therefore it does not cause thermal shocks, material cracking and damage to microprocessors. The toxicity of the extinguishing agent is up to 15 times lower than that of gas extinguishing agents. Therefore, this extinguishing agent can be used even in rooms with personnel. The allowable concentration of extinguishing agent in the room is 15% of the volume with up to four hours of operator movement in the room without health hazards.

SAH is certified under No. 00745/104/1/2004 in the state testing laboratory SKTC-104 TSU Piešt'any.

Installation of the device:
SAH is installed by the manufacturer and by a person authorized by him. Before carrying out the work, it is necessary to calculate the amount of extinguishing agent that protects the space.
This calculation is a part of the technological documents that make up the documentation for the SAH.

Servicing of the equipment:
The equipment is serviced once a year by an authorised person. For the preliminary check, the manufacturer shall provide training for the user's staff. This shall be carried out at intervals determined by the user's internal regulations in accordance with the manufacturer.
The annual service shall consist of the following activities:
Inspection of the equipment
Inspection of individual parts
Check for leakage of extinguishing agent by means of a leak detector
Transportation of extinguishing agent
Checking the internal pressure with an independent pressure gauge
Check the function of the detector
Valve function check without extinguishing agent discharge
Issuing a report
