BASIC DESCRIPTION

This leaning ladder will guarantee all that. The sturdy construction and excellent stability will ensure comfortable and safe access to elevated areas. A maximum load of up to 150 kg is possible, so it can comfortably carry 2 people or carry/retrieve building materials.
ADVANTAGES OF THE LADDER
On models 59-013 and 59-014, the base is topped with an extended stabilising bar with safe, plastic, non-slipfeet for even better stability, a fixed ladder position and safer use. The maximum width of the ladder is approx. 39.5 cm.
One of the most interesting advantages is definitely the flat, inverted U-shaped rungs. The tread surfaces of the rungs have a surface embossed design that has anti-slip function, making it easy and comfortable to move up and down the ladder or to stand for longer periods of time when working. This is also confirmed by the deeper design of the rungs, up to 8.5 cm. Under every fifth rung there is additional reinforcement/reinforcement of the ladder.
BASIC CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL AND QUALITY
The quality of the material and workmanship of the ladder will exceed your expectations. The ladder is made of anodised aluminium, either in natural form or in any RAL colour (please contact us for colour solutions and their pricing). The rungs have an embossed design with anti-slip properties on them for even more safety, stability and comfortable climbing, or to make it easier to stand on the ladder when working at any height. The distance between the rungs and their depth of up to 6.4 cm are also adapted for comfortable standing. Not a single detail or defect must be overlooked in the manufacture of the ladder.
ANODIZING TECHNOLOGY
The anodising solution, or anodising in other words, is a chemical and thermal treatment of the ladder surface. It creates a protective layer on the treated aluminium surface. It prevents oxidation and protects the aluminium itself from it. It is most commonly used when aluminium is used outdoors. The material is thus significantly protected against weathering. The mechanical and abrasion resistance of the material is also increased. Thermal and electrical conductivity, as well as surface roughness, are significantly reduced. The lifetime of the product itself is increased.
THE INFLUENCE OF WEATHER
The use of high quality aluminium and steel material and careful processing/weldingwelding of the complete ladder structure, considerable resistance to weather conditions has been achieved. Due to the material properties, the ladder cannot rust even when standing in direct rain or exposed to other water elements for long periods of time. There is thus no risk of damage or wear and tear.
CERTIFICATION
The ladder is manufactured and certified to meet the German DIN 14138 standard.
This European standard defines the terms: lead and lead alloys - analysis by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) or inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry (ICP-ES), after separation by coprecipitation.
