Fireproof tiles

They can be used for building elements (steel, concrete, wood) that have a load-bearing function in the building, but also for air conditioning, heat and smoke extraction, cable trays and others. They are used in cases where the fire resistance is lower than the value required by the design. It is therefore necessary to additionally treat these elements with a suitable material to increase their fire resistance.

The main function of fire protection board cladding is to ensure that the critical temperature of the structure is reached only after a sufficient time has elapsedfor the escape of persons from the endangered environment, or for the salvage of necessary property, so that damage is minimised. The cladding material used is dependent on the fire resistance value required.

In this way it is possible to extend the fire resistance of the elements up to 120 minutes, and even up to 240 minutes for concrete (reinforced concrete) structures.
