BASIC DESCRIPTION
Are you looking for a quality aluminium ladder suitable for use in heavy industry or an easy to fold design for general household use?
This extendable support ladder will guarantee you all that. It won't get lost in the work of professionals or in the hobby use of the ordinary handyman, in the garden or in the kit, workshop or on the construction site. The sturdy construction and excellent stability will ensure comfortable and safe access to elevated areas. A maximum load of up to 150 kg is possible, so it can comfortably carry 2 people or carry/retrieve building materials.
ADVANTAGES OF THE EXTENSION LADDER
The extension ladder is typical of its extension design with its exceptional ability to almost double its height. You can adjust this particular model thanks to the rope control. This makes height adjustment automated and very simple. The plastic-coated steel hooks and locking loops ensure that the individual parts stay connected during use. The guide brackets on the upper and lower parts are made in an extremely robust design. The base is topped with an extended stabiliser bar with non-slip feet for even better stability and safer use. The maximum width of the ladder is therefore approx. 43 cm.
One of the most interesting advantages is definitely the movable castors that are installed as part of the ladder's construction. They serve for easy and comfortable movement of the upper part of the ladder along the wall when extending and extending the ladder.
BASIC CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL AND ITS QUALITY
The quality of the material and workmanship of the ladder will exceed your expectations. The side beams are specially designed in a double-sided design. The rungs have an embossed design with anti-slip properties for even greater safety, stability and comfortable climbing, or to facilitate possible standing on the ladder when working at any height. The distance between the rungs is also adapted for comfortable standing, up to 28 cm. Not a single detail or defect must be overlooked in the manufacture of the ladder.
CONNECTION TECHNOLOGY
The rungs are welded to the beams using the CMT technique - a cold welding process to achieve the highest possible quality. Compared to conventional welding, CMT works with very little heat input and an extremely stable arc.
THE INFLUENCE OF TIME
By using high quality aluminium and steel material and careful processing/weldingwelding of the complete ladder structure, considerable resistance to weather conditions has been achieved. Due to the material properties, the ladder cannot rust even when standing in direct rain or exposed to other water elements for long periods of time. There is thus no risk of damage or wear and tear.
CERTIFICATION
The ladder is manufactured and certified to meet the European standard EN 131.
This European Standard defines terms and sets out the general design characteristics of ladders. The standard applies to portable ladders designed for general professional and non-professional use. It does not apply to portable ladders which, by virtue of their design and instructions, are intended for specific professionaland consequently are not intended for general professional or non-professional use.
