More than 99% of carbon dioxide is recovered when the bottles are emptied. Germany is at the forefront of climate protection thanks to the climate protection technologies applied in the machinery and extraction equipment manufactured by FRITZ EMDE.

The carbon dioxide recycler model KR04 is used to almost completely empty CO2 extinguishers, CO2 cylinders and CO2 bottles. CO2 extinguishers, CO2 cartridges and CO2 bottles to be emptied are emptied down to a residual pressure of less than 7 bar. This ensures that no harmful carbon dioxide is released into the environment. The KR04 carbon dioxide recycling plant is a CO2 filler operated to fill fire extinguishers and cylinders using a floor scale. When the programmed weight is reached, the filler automatically shuts off.
