FR GRAPHITE PLATE - SELF-ADHESIVE INTUMESCENT PAD
The Protecta® FR Graphite Plate is a pre-shaped, self-adhesive intumescent pad used to provideto provide fire resistance to flexible wall constructions after the installation of plastic wiring boxes. It is used where walls are provided with openings for the passage of electrical conduits and cables to outlet boxes on one side of the wall or on both sides of the wall.

Graphite Plate instantly reacts to temperature rise and automatically foams and fills the box, preventing the passage of fire and smoke. Installing Protecta® FR Graphite Plate will ensure the fire resistance of the flexible wall for a minimum of 60 minutes. It also prevents the passage of smoke and fire through the wiring pipes between the boxes.

MAIN USES
