The device is designed primarily to protect distribution boxes, transformers, switches, sockets, and other areas prone to electrical faults. Thanks to its compact size (2.5 × 8 cm) and integrated strong magnetic element, it can be installed directly inside protected equipment – typically at the highest point where overheating, sparking, or arc formation is most likely to occur.

The Červinka FIRE PAD operates on the principle of automatic activation at 100 °C. At this point, it releases the extinguishing gas perfluorohexanone, which lowers the temperature below the combustion threshold through a cooling effect and immediately halts the spread of fire. This process is highly efficient, fast, and safe, without secondary damage to equipment or risk to human health.

With its magnetic attachment, no special tools or professional personnel are required for installation. The Červinka FIRE PAD can be fixed in place within one second and easily relocated if necessary. This makes it a practical solution not only for industrial applications but also for modern technologies in energy, data centers, and electromobility.
